The spacious 3, 4 & 5 bedroom homes come  equipped with everything you need to make a special Nicaraguan vacation or retreat.  These deluxe rentals are  uniquely decorated, come with all the comforts, yet maintain that relaxed style of the tropics, each offering a private pool and spectacular views of the Pacific. These are great for anyone looking for a little extra space and can accommodate those traveling in larger groups. Our private homes are not in aqua resort, however are within the development, therefore the resort amenities are available for those renting a home. These are also a short walk to the restaurant and private beach.

Accommodations were built using sustainable hardwoods, natural stone, and local Nicaraguan tiles. Both options offer an organic aesthetic, integrating local materials with the natural beauty of the surrounding land and sea.
