NicaRetreats Payment & Cancellation Policy:
To secure your NicaRetreats reservation, we do request one half of the amount of your total package. The balance is due within 60 days of your arrival to Nicaragua. Your deposit is payable using Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal. Please call 407-493-8834 or e-mail us info@NicaRetreats.com to make your reservation.

For individuals or couples:
It takes a great deal of preparation to plan your customized retreat, so should you need to cancel, we have these policies set in place. If you need to cancel your retreat, we require at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival. For cancellations within 15-30 days of the reservation, you will be billed 50% of your total package. For cancellations made 14 days or less of the reservation, you will be billed 100% of your total.

For groups:
To secure your NicaRetreats group rate, we request one half of the total retreat package upon making your reservation.  The remaining balance must be paid within 60 days.  If you must cancel, you have 60 days prior to scheduled arrival.  You will be billed 50% of your total package if you cancel in less than 60 days.  For cancellations made in less than 30 days you will be billed 100% of the total rate.
